Passionate about electronic music since the mid-90s, Yohan Esprada discovered the world of House Music in 1994, influenced by major figures such as Little Louie Vega, Kenny Dope, DJ Duke, George Morel, and Laurent Garnier. These early inspirations played a key role in shaping his musical identity.

He began DJing in 1996 and gradually developed a rich and eclectic musical culture, exploring all shades of House Music—from Garage and Acid House to Deep House and Soulful. Over the years, he gained solid experience performing across Europe, sharing the decks with various DJs and producers. This journey allowed him to master both high-energy dancefloors and more refined, lounge atmospheres, which he particularly enjoys.

His DJ sets are both refined and dynamic, moving seamlessly between House, Deep, and Minimal. He has developed a distinctive sound signature built on a careful balance of groove, depth, and rhythmic variation, always aiming to captivate audiences and take them on a musical journey until the early hours.

Alongside his DJ career, Yohan Esprada has established himself as a producer and remixer. In 2010, he released the Baiser Sucré EP on Underground Collective, a project supported by renowned artists such as Jon Cutler, Neil Pierce, Marlon D, Marco De Mulero, Rocco, and DJ Rork.

His discography quickly expanded with several EPs, including Gleam Of Spirit, Gleam Of Spirit 2, Twenty 6, Sly, Let’s Work, Crème de la Crème, and Rhodes Island. He has also produced numerous remixes for international artists such as Evren Ulusoy, Daniel Kyo, Raxon, and Sami Dee, further strengthening his presence within the underground scene. His releases regularly chart on platforms such as Beatport, Traxsource, and JunoDownload, positioning him as a producer to watch.

Constantly evolving, he has collaborated—or is currently working—on projects with iconic artists such as Robert Owens, Andrew Chibale, and Susu Bobien, reflecting his strong connections within the international House music network.

In 2014, he founded his own label, Chat Noir Records, based in France. Dedicated to Deep House, House, and Soulful music, the label showcases authentic productions from passionate artists. Through this platform, Yohan Esprada continues to express his artistic vision while actively contributing to the growth of a demanding and high-quality underground scene.

Driven by the same passion since his early days, he continues to evolve through performances, productions, and new projects, with one clear goal: to move House music lovers and keep pushing his sound forward.
